Each practitioner at our clinic brings a unique skill set and educational background to their Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) sessions.
All of our therapists are certified at Level 2 or Level 3—Level 3 being the highest level of training.
If you’re unsure who to book with, we’re happy to help! Feel free to schedule a free consultation using the link above.
Neurokinetic Therapy is a hands-on approach that helps identify and correct movement patterns stored in the nervous system. Instead of just treating symptoms, NKT focuses on reconnecting the brain and body to restore balanced, efficient movement. Through targeted muscle testing and movement based corrections, we help uncover how the body has adapted over time—often in response to injury or compensation—and support a process of continual learning and refinement based on each individual’s unique needs. It’s especially helpful for those experiencing chronic pain, movement limitations, or unresolved tension.
Athletic clothing is recommended for easy access to treatment areas & also allows space for movement-based work during your session.
Pelvic Floor Therapy
We offer integrative and holistic pelvic floor therapy designed to address the root of dysfunction—not just the symptoms. Our sessions combine evidence-based physical therapy techniques with a whole-body perspective, ensuring that your pelvic health is supported in the context of your overall movement, posture, and nervous system function.
In the state of Texas, you have direct access to pelvic floor therapy for the first 10 consecutive calendar days without a referral. This means you can begin care right away—no delays, no hoops to jump through.
As a cash-based provider, we’re able to offer undivided, one-on-one attention, with sessions fully tailored to your needs—not dictated by what insurance will approve. This allows for more intentional time focused on healing, greater continuity in care, and treatment plans built specifically for you.
After your initial evaluation, if continued care is needed, we’ll support you every step of the way—whether that means providing a referral form or helping you connect with a primary care provider you trust. We’re committed to making sure your care remains seamless and stress-free.
Your pelvic health deserves this level of focus and intention.

Massage Therapy
Our massage sessions go beyond relaxation—we specialize in corrective massage therapy tailored to your body’s specific needs. Each session is a focused, results-driven experience that blends deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretch therapy and sports massage to address muscular dysfunction, improve mobility, and support your recovery process.
Our approach is ideal for individuals looking to improve performance, manage chronic tension, or recover from injury. While we absolutely recognize the value of relaxation, our primary goal is to work with your tissue in a targeted and functional way, helping to restore balance and movement efficiency.
We recommend wearing athletic or flexible clothing to your session. This allows for easy access to key treatment areas and enables us to integrate movement-based techniques when appropriate—ensuring you get the most out of your time on the table.
Whether you're an athlete, a busy professional, or simply someone committed to moving and feeling better, our bodywork sessions are designed to support your long-term health and performance.
Dry-Needling
Dry Needling is a highly effective manual therapy technique used to address muscular dysfunction, trigger points, and neuromuscular imbalances. Using thin, sterile, monofilament needles, the practitioner targets specific areas of tight or overactive muscle tissue—commonly known as “knots”—to help release tension, reduce pain, and restore normal movement patterns.
Unlike acupuncture, which is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, dry needling is based on Western anatomical and neurophysiological principles. The goal is to create a localized twitch response in the muscle, which can disrupt pain signals, improve blood flow, and “reset” the tissue to function more efficiently.
Dry needling is particularly effective for:
-
Chronic muscle tightness
-
Acute or nagging injuries
-
Limited range of motion
-
Postural dysfunction
-
Overuse patterns and movement imbalances
This technique is often used alongside corrective exercise, bodywork, or rehab-based therapy to support a more comprehensive recovery. Sessions are quick, focused, and tailored to the specific needs of your body and goals.
We recommend wearing athletic or loose-fitting clothing to allow access to treatment areas and ensure comfort throughout the session.
If you're looking for fast, targeted relief and improved muscle performance, dry needling can be a powerful addition to your wellness and recovery plan.
