Abriana Bayer
Abriana Bayer is a licensed massage therapist, educator, and founder of TBR Wellness & Rehab—a practice grounded in integrity, movement, and intentional care. With nearly a decade of experience, she specializes in corrective bodywork and movement-based therapy to help clients improve function, reduce pain, and build long-term resilience.
She is a Level 3 NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) practitioner, a teacher for the MMT (Manual Muscle Testing) course through NKT, and a study group leader and assistant for all levels of NKT. Abriana also holds advanced training in corrective exercise, pelvic health, TMJD work, and functional strength systems.
While licensed in massage therapy, her sessions focus on assessment-driven, therapeutic work that blends manual techniques, neuromuscular re-education, and movement strategies.
In addition to hands-on care, Abriana teaches functional mobility and strength classes and mentors other professionals through continuing education. Her approach supports healing through awareness, precision, and individualized care.

Quinn Spera
Quinn graduated from Bethel University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Her passion for helping others feel and move better began with stretch therapy—and in 2024, she expanded her training by attending massage school to offer a more well-rounded, hands-on approach to care.
Quinn specializes in sports-related injuries, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and stretch therapy. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, with time set aside to discuss your goals and create a session that works specifically for your body.
She is also a Level 3 NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) practitioner, offering advanced, assessment-driven care for chronic pain and movement dysfunctions. Annalee Gonzalez
Annalee graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and an Associate’s degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. In 2024, she chose to further expand her hands-on skills by attending massage school—combining her clinical background with therapeutic bodywork to provide well-rounded, intentional care.
Annalee specializes in sports-related injuries, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and stretch therapy. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, with time to discuss your goals and receive bodywork that directly supports your body’s movement and recovery.

Trace McClintock
Trace is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Level 2 NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) practitioner who brings a strong clinical foundation and a movement-based approach to the TBR Wellness & Rehab team. With a passion for addressing chronic pain and movement dysfunction, Trace is dedicated to helping clients reconnect with their bodies and build long-term resilience through targeted, evidence-based care.
In addition to his work at TBR, Trace currently practices in orthopedic physical therapy with the VA, where he serves veterans navigating complex musculoskeletal conditions. His clinical experience spans a wide range of cases, but his focus remains consistent: treating the body as an integrated system and helping clients move with more freedom and less pain.
Trace is also the only practitioner at our clinic certified to perform dry needling—a powerful manual therapy technique used to release muscular tension, improve neuromuscular control, and accelerate recovery. His sessions often combine hands-on manual therapy, movement assessment, and corrective strategies that extend beyond the table.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with long-standing pain, or simply looking to move and perform better, Trace offers a grounded, individualized approach that blends clinical skill with compassionate care.

Anna Powell
Anna is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a specialized focus in pelvic floor therapy, dedicated to helping women feel strong, supported, and confident in their bodies. She earned her DPT from the University of St. Augustine in 2020 and has spent the past 2.5 years working exclusively in pelvic health.
Her approach is holistic and hands-on, combining manual therapy with personalized movement and exercise strategies to support the body as a whole. Anna treats a variety of pelvic floor and core-related concerns, including urinary or bowel leakage, chronic pelvic pain, low back and hip discomfort, pain with intimacy, and core weakness.
Her sessions are centered around not just relieving symptoms, but improving how the entire system functions—so you can move through life with more ease and less pain.
Outside of the clinic, Anna enjoys exploring local coffee shops and walking the trails with her husband and their two dogs.
